How to lose weight-the best way to lose weight

The best way to lose weight is to select at list four to five ways you want to archive your goals of losing weight as you are preparing for your marriage or the summer holiday and also to live a healthy life. Having the looks of top Hollywood actors and actress from Beyonce to Halle berry is easy if you will set and follow your goals.

Never skip breakfast
Never skip your breakfast because you are in a hurry to get to your place of work or office. Do not allow tea or coffee take the place of your breakfast. The best way to lose weight is to always eat your breakfast because it takes calories to digest calories. Meaning if you have no food intake there is no calories to burn store up calories.

Exercise
Exercise has been proven to be one of the best ways to lose weigh significantly. It really helped my wife to stay in shape. When I notice she has added weight, I told her to do some sit-ups everyday for about a month and she came back to normal shape again lose weight and maintain a great body shape. You regular exercise to help you burn calories, invigorate your muscles, and lose weight. There are different forms of exercise including riding bikes, sit-ups, swimming, walking and running, dancing and even having great sex. You can start by walking, swimming dancing etc before going to the gym. Three to five times a week can do the magic to keep you in good shape and healthy.

Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water everyday.
The way I preach about water and the body, make my close friends and relative to call me doctor water. The best way to lose weight fast is drinking lots of water. Water helps your kidney to always flush out waste easily from your body. Most of those things you call weight are waste. With much water intake your body will be able to burn fat faster.
