There are some factors that contribute to obesity that you have little or no control over, the chief one being genetics. Heredity is the cause of up to 40 percent increase of obesity. Other uncontrollable factors include weight gain due to side effects from wrong medication, inactivity due to bad health condition. But if you are able to control caloric intake you will be far from obesity despite most of these contributing factors.
The truth is, if you eat more calories than you need, you'll gain weight. Your weight lose program will be successful if you take in fewer calories and burning extra calories with exercise and other ways of losing weight that I will teach you with this article.
Too much Calories at a time
Some research has suggested that eating too many calories at a time will make it difficult for the body to break down the calories, but if you take your meal in small bit say five to six times in a day. This will make the body to break down the food, with you body burning the excess calories with easy.
Cutting your calories too low will not help.
Cutting your calories too low may actually lead to weight plateaus. If you starve your body of calories your body will withhold the calories you take in and release it for later use. It saves them up because it "thinks" you are starving. Meaning you could end up eating much less and weighing the same. This not good to your health it can cause serious damage to your health. I recommend a diet that is not less than 1,200 calories a day unless you are under a doctor's supervision.
Follow these few tips and you will be surprise how it will work for you, it has worked for some friends that I know.
