What I mean by the statement, clear the fat in your head first, is you should remove all the negative thoughts in you head first. Thoughts, which are untrue, such as: "I can never lose weight" or "No matter what I do, it never works out". The thoughts in your head are your problems. Why not change them to if I follow reasonable advice I will succeed at losing weight.
There is no one who can honestly say that it is easy to lose weight. But if you try, it will work. Just have it in mind that it has work for others it will also work for you too. Stop lying to yourself. Remove that negative thought from your mind and do it. Yes you can.
Negative thoughts are many and they are endless. I will be starved on a diet, I can’t drink much water, I am too old for this, I am too weak to exercise, even if I lose weight it won't be enough. There are many benefits that you will gain if you lose weight. Let this benefit occupy your head and let it clear all the fats in your head.
Once you clear up the fat in your head, I mean the negative thoughts start with the loss weight program you have at hand. Be serious with it don’t skip any of the advice given to you by your expert. With it you can build muscle, lose fat and drop weight from your body. All I am preaching here is don't bother to attempt a weigh loss program until you clear up your head of fats. If you think of yourself as thin, that thought will guild you to losing weight. Your thoughts means a lot if you want to lose weight.
