The first thing you must do to get good breakfast is to plan ahead that is plan for tomorrow. You must reduce your juice or coffee intake in the night and first thing in the morning. Water is better; a class of water will do your body more good than juice or coffee. It is also important to hydrate yourself before or during breakfast to replace water lost the previous day and overnight. I will recommend you take a lot of water first thing in the morning as it will help keep your body running smoothly and set the entire organ in the body set to perform their functions in the body. Being dehydrated can slow your metabolism and make it difficult for your body to burn the calories in the body.
The second thing you must do to get good breakfast in the morning is not to be tempted by fast food no matter how busy you might be.
