The reason late night snacks are not good for your consumption is because after eaten snacks late in the night there is not much work done by the body. So the body can not burn the fat from these snacks. The fat will be stored in your body especially your belly. To lose this fat with this tip you must not take late night snacks and if you do, you should get involve in some exercises the following morning to help your body burn the extra fat.

Alcohol is another reason why some persons have fat belly. To get that flat belly you have always desire you have to stay away from alcohol. The third step to lose belly fat is to stay away from alcohol especially beer because if you drink a lot you will accumulate fat around your waist. There is no nutrient in alcohol and there is no protein too in it. All you are consuming is fat. Do without alcohol for some months and you will get that flat belly you have always desire.

  2. I should start following these tips, because I really need to lose belly fat... it's such an annoying problem, but unfortunately, I have a busy schedule and I can't do lots of exercises.
    Maybe if I will keep the Ideal Protein diet and by following your simple rules, I will get rid of this problem!
